On the way to Green Robot V2

I have amended the SnipSnap page.css file, by editing the disk image; I couldn't find the snip. I am planning to make a new theme and make these changes in the snip so it can be exported. I now have a fixed width, but I need to centre align the page so it has equal sized margins.
