Banks have a lot of computers

Another correspondent at Waters Power:09 last week, a bank employee, suggested that 3rd party cluster vendors are only interesting when they can technically differentiate because, regulation will seriously inhibit buying cloud compute and storage and most of the tier one banks are bigger than what the cloud providers make available.
