So, the second box arrived today, I have asked DHL to come and pick it up tomorrow i.e. 1st August. The package delivery trouble ticket is numbered 080718-000072, and is my number 14. Tikcet 080711-000131, No 9 "computer don't boot into his..." is the repair ticket, but shut at the moment. I need it to be re-opened.
