A Test Page

Mainly for images at the moment

Wordle

First using the html escape,

Wordle: Dave Levy's Cloud Bookmarks

and using the image macro

Big Labs

DaveLevy. Get yours at bighugelabs.com/flickr

Flickr

the flickr badges won't work either, do you think an IFRAME will help

Cool Signs

Made with My Cool Signs.Net

New Pages

and their roots, what happens if I insert [new] new? It looks like it creates a new root page.

Share this using the HTML Macro

I moved this to >>Test Page 3.

HTML Macro

Now I shall test if the HTMLMacro works. This was edited after the HTMLMacro was installed. See >>Developing Snipsnap. Below we have two tests, the first is a font tag pair, and the second is a <P> pair with a Bold and Font tag.

Test 1

Is this Red?

Test 2

My test code is bold and red

Test 3

Test 3 implements a del.icio.us javascript, (their tagroll). The css doesn't work as required, but the colours range from blue, through purple to red. It seems that the html escape encapsulates everything in a paragraph, which is not what's wanted. I need to see how to override the CSS. I expect I'll need a domain inspector. It seems that this is not the problem.

Test 4

Used <IFRAME> and references >>http://www.davelevy.info/rawtags.html. This has been implemented on >>My Links on this site, and this frame reads the java script to see if I can build a scale on the links page from blue to red.

Category/Labels

I assigned a typelabel = category to this page. This means that "Test Page" is now a category. Check >>Test Page 2 to see it in action and >>Developing Snipsnap for my project documentation.

Using the Search String causes a big problem in that it finds the contents of a page. Not sure if this is caused by the fact that the multi-workd syntax is not working well.

Linked in

The linked in button looks like this.

<a href="http://www.linkedin.com/pub/0/b87/aa2" >
    <img src="http://www.linkedin.com/img/webpromo/btn_viewmy_160x33.gif"
         width="160" height="33" border="0"
         alt="View David Levy's profile on LinkedIn">
</a>

So the gif looks like this:-

Id looks from prior experimentation that you cant use an image macro as the argument of a link macro. So we need to fool it.

>>@

How's that?

Re-reading the documentation, is

image URL :
    alternative text (optional):
    ext: default "img" (optional),
    align: (left, right, flow-left, flow-right) (optional)
    target: links image to the target (optional)

So

but doesn't seem to work,the link is now working

Lets try an internal image.

LennonL

Leo got back, very quickly, the picture aside is done as follows,

{image:img=LennonL.jpg|align=float-right}

it seems we can't mix positional and keyword assignments

Other Stuff

We have a version macro 1.0b3-uttoxeter

Created using edit method, and currently used to test Anchors and Hyperlinks

Go to the Anchor >>Go...
